Qualifications

• Experience leading delivery teams, logistics, or operations in final mile or transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a delivery drivers team for timely, safe deliveries.
• Manage daily delivery schedules and optimize routes for efficiency.
• Conduct route audits and provide feedback to improve performance and safety.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulations.
• Provide ongoing training and development for delivery drivers.
• Serve as primary contact for drivers addressing concerns during shifts.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Handle customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
