Qualifications

• 2+ years of dispatch, logistics, or transportation management experience (final mile preferred).
• Must be driven and looking to move up rapidly in a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize daily delivery routes to maximize efficiency and on-time performance.
• Dispatch drivers and helpers, ensuring proper staffing and equipment allocation.
• Monitor deliveries in real time and proactively resolve delays or service issues.
• Communicate with customers regarding delivery windows and escalations.
• Track key performance metrics including on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Coach and support delivery teams to maintain high service standards.
• Coordinate with warehouse operations for accurate load-outs and inventory control.
