TopHAT Logistical Solutions, a division of Atlas Logistics, seeks an Area Location Manager to drive performance across high-volume home delivery environments. Lead carrier teams, manage routes, and ensure quality and safety in daily operations.

You will oversee budgeting and data-driven improvements, build relationships with customers, and report to the Regional Director. Prior management, NetSuite, and P&L experience are a plus.

Formación

• Minimum 2–4 years of management or supervisory experience.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and budgeting is a plus.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and route/distribution software preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage daily responsibilities of in-home delivery contract carrier teams.
• Route daily paths within Dispatch Track for delivery teams.
• Disptaching 5+ in-home delivery teams across multiple stops.
• Complete weekly billing and claims forms in NetSuite.
• Oversee P&L budgeting and financial performance.
• Collect and review operational data and performance reports.
