Schneider is seeking a Driver Manager in Atlanta, GA to ensure successful execution of customer freight delivery through effective driver management. The Driver Manager will act as a link between the business, our drivers and customers.

The role is on-site in Atlanta with a first shift, full-time schedule, Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. The position emphasizes safety compliance, payroll responsibilities, and cross-team collaboration to optimize retention and service quality.

• Make safety-conscious decisions that ensure compliance with all policies and procedures.

• Manage driver payroll and home time.
• Collaborate with various teams to identify and implement creative solutions to improve retention and drive business.
