Job summary

IES is seeking an HVAC Installation Technician to support installation, service, replacement, and operations on customer projects. This on-site role requires strong HVAC knowledge, safety awareness, and teamwork with internal teams and vendors to ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.

Candidates should have 2–4 years of HVAC-related experience, and a high school diploma or GED is preferred. This on-site position may involve travel to job sites as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in HVAC installation or related roles.
• HVAC industry experience preferred; relevant licenses/certifications preferred where required.

Responsibilities

• Support HVAC installation, service, replacement, or operations as directed.
• Maintain safety, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors and vendors.
• Maintain records and reporting for assigned responsibilities.
• Assist leadership with daily operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
