Job summary

Seaman Corporation is seeking a Final Inspector for A Shift, 7:00am to 7:00pm, in Wooster, Ohio. As of March 1, 2026, the Wooster facility has begun a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift schedule, and candidates must be able to work within that schedule.

HS Diploma or GED is required and prior manufacturing experience is preferred. This role includes benefits such as medical/dental/vision, a company 401k match after 30 days, paid holidays, overtime opportunities, and sign-on bonuses after 90

As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.

We are currently looking for a Final Inspector for A Shift, 7:00am to 7:00pm.

WHAT WE OFFER

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
