Job summary

Seaman Corporation, a Northeast Ohio manufacturer of industrial coated fabrics, is hiring a Final Inspector for D Shift in Wooster. The 12-hour, 4:3 rotation runs 7pm to 7am, with the ability to work within that schedule.

We seek reliable candidates who can perform inspections on product to ensure quality standards. We offer medical/dental/vision on day one, a 401(k) with company match after 30 days, 10 paid holidays, overtime and advancement opportunities, and a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days

Qualifications

• HS Diploma/GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business.

As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.

We are currently looking for a Final Inspector for D Shift, 7pm to 7am.

WHAT WE OFFER

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
