Seaman Corporation, a long‑time Northeast Ohio manufacturer of industrial coated fabrics, is seeking a Fabricator for A Shift (7am–7pm) at the Wooster facility. The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to stand and bend, and HS diploma or GED. Drug screen and background check apply.

Seaman Corporation is a manufacturer of high-quality industrial coated fabrics, based in Northeast Ohio for over 75 years. Our manufacturing facility promotes a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, and we celebrate our team-based approach. Manufacturing is the core of our business.

As of March 1, 2026, our Wooster facility has transitioned to a 24/7 rotation with a 4:3, 12-hour shift rotation schedule. Must be able to work within that schedule.

We are currently looking for a Fabricator for A Shift, 7am to 7pm.

WHAT WE OFFER

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to bend, lift, stand repetitively throughout the shift
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, throughout the work shift
• Ability to work with hands, reach with hands and arms

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• HS Diploma/GED required
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred
