Job summary

Workplace Modular Systems in Londonderry, NH is seeking motivated, dependable individuals for our final assembly team. You will fit and attach components of industrial workbenches and furniture using company-provided tools in an assembly-line setup.

No manufacturing experience is required; training is provided to build a quality product. This entry-level role emphasizes strong attendance, physical readiness to lift up to 50 lbs, and the ability to work as part of a collaborative production team.

Qualifications

• Strong attendance, punctuality, and initiative are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods with repetitive movement.
• Willingness to follow instructions precisely and take pride in a quality finished product.
• Ability to work cooperatively as part of a production team.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; no manufacturing experience required—we train.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components of industrial workbenches and furniture per build specifications.
• Set up an assembly-line layout to build multiple units efficiently and accurately.
• Attach frames, legs, work surfaces, and accessories in the correct sequence according to work instructions.
• Stage completed benches and products for various outbound shipping methods.
• Inspect your own work at each stage to ensure accuracy and workmanship before product advances.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
• Cross-train and work in areas as assigned, adapting to workload demands and production priorities.
