Job summary

StenTech in Derry, NH is seeking an Assembly Technician to join our manufacturing team. You will perform final assembly, inspection, and auditing to ensure products meet customer, company, and quality specifications.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe work environment, setting up equipment, verifying documentation, conducting final inspections, and promptly reporting any nonconformities while collaborating with production, engineering, and quality teams.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize product and process discrepancies.
• Ability to interpret work orders and use inspection methods and measurement tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Perform final assembly, inspection, and auditing of products to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work environment.
• Set up, operate, and monitor production equipment; ensure safe operation.
• Verify prior production steps and documentation before final processing or inspection.
• Conduct final inspections and audits prior to shipment and document results.
• Identify and report non-conforming products and assist with corrective actions.
• Communicate with production, engineering, and quality teams regarding product status and issues.
