JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for motivated, dependable individuals to join our final assembly team. In this role, you will fit and attach components of industrial workbenches and furniture products using company-provided hand and power tools. Depending on the specific order, work is typically set up in an assembly-line layout to build multiple units at once - attaching frames, legs, work surfaces, and accessories before staging finished product for shipment.

This is an entry-level position - no prior manufacturing experience required. If you're willing to learn, detail oriented, and a hard worker, we want to meet you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assembly: Use company-provided hand and power tools to assemble components of industrial workbench and furniture products per build specifications.
  • Line Setup: Organize and set up an assembly-line layout to build multiple units efficiently and accurately.
  • Component Attachment: Attach frames, legs, work surfaces, and accessories in the correct sequence according to work instructions.
  • Staging: Stage completed benches and products for various outbound shipping methods.
  • Quality: Inspect your own work at each stage to ensure accuracy and workmanship before product advances.
  • Safety & Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized work area and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform duties across departments: cross-train and work in areas as assigned, adapting to workload demands and production priorities throughout the facility
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Work Ethic: Strong attendance, punctuality, and initiative - this is our top priority.
  • Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and stand for extended periods with repetitive movement.
  • Attention to Detail: Willingness to follow instructions precisely and take pride in a quality finished product.
  • Teamwork: Ability to take direction and work cooperatively as part of a production team.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED preferred; no manufacturing experience required - we train.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS & WORK ENVIRONMENT

This role is performed in WMS's Londonderry, NH manufacturing facility. The following physical demands are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities.

  • Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl throughout the shift.
  • Frequently lift and/or move up to 25 lbs.; occasionally lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs., with team-lift protocols in place for heavier components.
  • Specific vision requirements include close vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus.
  • Exposure to moderate-to-loud noise levels - hearing protection required and provided.
  • Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts, dust, fumes, or airborne particles typical of a production floor.
  • All PPE required will be provided by the company.
