Job summary

SurePoint Ag Systems, Inc. in Atwood, KS is seeking an Assembly Team Member for a full-time, hourly, non-exempt role. You will join a hands-on team responsible for building and delivering parts on schedule.

Job Summary/Duties/Responsibilities

• Recognizing inefficiencies and opportunities to improve, then creating and executing a plan for them
• Learning final and pre-assembly builds
• Helping write SOP for builds
• Ensure seamless, on-time order fulfillment
• Taking on new tasks as needed as we grow our company rapidly in the coming years
• Being able to assemble any BOM item
