Job summary

Bosch in Norman, OK is seeking a Final Inspection Assembler to assemble comfort units per specifications and maintain ISO 9001 quality records. You will inspect in-process and finished products, follow drawings, and support continuous improvement with clean, organized work practices.

The role requires reading blueprints, basic repair skills, and safe use of pneumatic tools, contributing to a compliant, high-quality production environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Use of decimals, fractions and scales.
• Ability to use pneumatic tools safely and correctly.
• Communicate Effectively.
• Computer skills ability to read and use (Key Component verification, IPCS, OMS, BOM).

Responsibilities

• Check for and obtain required tools, equipment, and parts as needed.
• Work from blue prints and verbal instructions from Supervisor.
• Perform a finished product inspection and verify that all products conform to the specification.
• Perform other operations to resolve assembly problems including visual inspection of parts/components.
• Perform packaging operations to pack units/parts for shipment with required tags and instructions.
• Perform basic repair and/or rework to parts and units as instructed.
• Communicate repetitive quality issues to Supervisor or Lead as necessary.
• Apply identification labels to finished units and verify correct labels.
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a neat and safe work area.
• Execute any other department duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Achieve and maintain 5S standards.
