Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Use of decimals, fractions and scales.
• Ability to use pneumatic tools safely and correctly.
• On job training.
• Communicate Effectively
• Computer skills ability to read and use (Key Component verifcation, IPCS, OMS, BOM)

Responsibilities

• Check for and obtain required tools, equipment, and parts.
• Work from blue prints and verbal instructions from Supervisor.
• Perform a finished product inspection and verify conformance to specifications.
• Resolve assembly problems and notify supervisor as needed.
• Pack units/parts for shipment with proper labels and instructions.
• Perform basic repairs and minor rework on parts.
• Report repetitive quality issues to supervisors.
• Apply identification labels to finished units and cartons.
• Maintain neat, orderly, clean work area as per 5S standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
• Achieve and maintain 5S standards.
