Qualifications

• Demonstrated quality work ethic and mechanical aptitude.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proficiency with hand tools and handheld power tools.
• Familiarity with metric and imperial measuring systems and ability to use measuring tools.
• Reading and interpreting CAD and Inventor drawings for layout work.
• Team-oriented mindset with time management skills.
• Responsible for clean and organized work area.
• Physically demanding; bending, stooping, crawling, standing on concrete floors.
• PPE required on the shop floor; PPE provided.
• Fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure final products meet established quality standards.
• Complete final product assembly, build pallets, and package finished products.
• Work efficiently with Fulcrum processes, procedures, and products.
• Be present and engaged in the designated work area during scheduled hours.
• Accurately complete all required paperwork at task completion.
• Lead by example and embody company values in daily work.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Participate in safety training and follow safety practices.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by leadership.
