Job summary

SurePoint Ag is seeking a Final Assembly Supervisor in Atwood, KS. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Production Center Manager and leads the Final Assembly team to meet manufacturing goals and safety standards.

You will drive priorities, lead departmental meetings, and collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Order Fulfillment to ensure on-time operations. Training and development for staff and seasonal workers are part of the role.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed manufacturing production goals.
• Guide the team to focus on key priorities.
• Lead department meetings.
• Maintain a culture of cooperation and cohesiveness.
• Identify inefficiencies, contribute to continuous improvement, and implement solutions.
• Timesheet approval of Direct Reports.
• Work with Order Fulfillment, Floor Supervisor, and Production Center Manager to ensure timely operations.
• Conduct annual reviews of direct team.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed during operations.
• Provide training and development opportunities to full-time and seasonal team members.
• Take on new tasks as we grow the company.
• Collaborate with Purchasing and Engineering teams regularly.
