Job summary

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis, tracking, and reporting.
• Experience prototyping new assemblies and implementing process improvements.
• Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems for drawings and BOMs.
• Ability to manage and analyze production data using spreadsheets.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to train others effectively.
• Track record of fostering a positive work environment that encourages engagement.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all safety measures are followed.
• Collaborate with Production Supervisor to define production steps, sequences, and durations.
• Assign daily tasks and translate weekly objectives into daily/hourly targets.
• Document daily task completion and coordinate work schedules with operations.
• Assist in preparing standardized work instructions and provide process control guidance.
• Implement manufacturing improvements and technology upgrades.
• Provide guidance to production, maintenance, and quality teams to improve quality.
• Monitor production progress and escalate issues as needed.
