Job summary

SurePoint Ag is seeking a Final Assembly Supervisor in Atwood, KS. This hourly, non-exempt role reports to the Production Center Manager and leads the Final Assembly team to meet manufacturing goals and safety standards.

You will drive priorities, lead departmental meetings, and collaborate with Purchasing, Engineering, and Order Fulfillment to ensure on-time operations. Training and development for staff and seasonal workers are part of the role.

Job Summary/Duties/Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting and exceeding all manufacturing production goals.


• Guide the team to focus on key priorities.


• Lead department meetings.

• Timesheet approval of Direct Reports.

• Ensure team is following all safety protocols during operations.


• Provide training and development opportunities to both full-time and seasonal team members in best practices.


• Take on new tasks as needed as we grow our company rapidly in the coming years.


• Work closely with the Purchasing and Engineering teams on a regular basis.

Supervisory Responsibilities

All Final Assembly department team members report to the Final Assembly Supervisor.

Other Duties

The position will have other duties not specifically defined above that are essential for the overall success of SurePoint Ag.
