Job summary

Greiner Industries is seeking a Final Assembler in Mount Joy, PA to join our team. You will assemble and install panels, measure and cut insulation, and ensure components are securely fastened as part of a 3–4 person crew.

The role requires basic understanding of prints, use of clamps, impact drivers, and drills, and experience with Rockwool or Bat insulation is a plus. Weekly pay and a $2,500 sign-on bonus accompany a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with a 3–4-person team to complete assembly tasks on time and to required quality standards.
  • Interpret basic prints and assembly instructions to complete the work accurately.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Overview

Greiner Industries is seeking a skilled Final Assembler to join our team.The ideal candidate will have experience in construction, drywall, or framing, with a basic understanding of prints. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of panels, measuring and cutting insulation, and ensuring all components are correctly installed and securely fastened. You’ll work as part of a 3–4-person team, using tools such as clamps, impact drivers, and drills, while also handling materials like Rockwool, perforated sheet metal, and plastic.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Install panels as part of the assembly process, ensuring proper alignment and secure attachment.
  • Measure, cut, and install Rockwool insulation into panels.
  • Perform Bat installation (pink insulation) to specified requirements.
  • Use clamps to hold materials in place and impact drivers or drills to fasten hardware as needed.

  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
  • Comfortable working with tools and machinery in a manufacturing setting.
