Job summary

The role requires reading drawings, following materials lists, and performing routine maintenance. Overtime and reliable attendance are expected; forklift certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Forklift license preferred.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and bills of materials.
• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical fin press machines to form aluminum and copper fins.
• Read and follow the fin production schedule.
• Set up the machine and run fin requirements; disassemble and clean dies and machine.
• Service and lubricate the machine; check work for quality.
• Log hours in the attendance system for payroll and labor distribution.
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment and comply with procedures.
• Arrive on time and work with minimal supervision, completing tasks as assigned.
