You will perform setup, maintenance, quality checks, and logging, while complying with safety rules. The team-based environment emphasizes collaboration with Coil Shop Supervisor and maintenance staff.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred to support upward mobility.
• Good communication, listening, reading instructions, basic math, and teamwork are essential.
• Forklift license and on-site training are required.

Responsabilités

• Operate fin press machines to form aluminum and copper fins.
• Read engineering drawings, bills of materials, and schedule requirements.
• Maintain a safe, clean work environment and follow procedures.
• Log completed loads on the fin schedule and document production.
• Disassemble and clean dies and machines; perform routine maintenance.
• Perform quality checks to ensure fins meet standards.
• Overtime may be required to meet production demands.
• Report issues to maintenance and keep tools organized.
