Filmsupply at FM is seeking a Filmmaker Representative to bridge our brand with filmmakers, scout and advocate for our roster, negotiate contracts, and provide hands-on support. You will curate footage, guide content submissions, and help shape a diverse roster of standout creators.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in the film industry.
• Experience identifying quality cinematography and authentic creative direction.
• Excellent organization and project management skills.
• Experience collaborating with small and large teams with clear communication.
• Understanding of various filmmaker roles and how they work together.
• Experience in sales or customer service with regular client communication.
• Proficiency with Google Drive, Google Calendar, Gmail, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Scout, communicate, and sign potential filmmakers meeting quality standards.
• Review applications to ensure diverse and multicultural roster.
• Onboard new filmmakers from contract signing to onboarding and curation.
• Curate submitted footage and provide feedback for marketplace integration.
• Stay informed on trends to guide filmmakers on submissions.
• Address support inquiries and route to appropriate teams.
• Collaborate with acquisitions to streamline onboarding and improve filmmaker experience.
