Job summary

The RPM Industrial Coatings Group in Hudson, NC is seeking a Fill Off Attendant to move filled batches, seal and label containers, and prepare goods for shipping. The role emphasizes safety, batch-ticket adherence, and accurate record-keeping.

Ideal candidates have basic reading and math skills and basic machine operation abilities; experience in manufacturing is helpful. This on-site position offers a straightforward shift with a clear path to contribute to our finishing process.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Locate appropriate vat to be filled off per batch ticket instructions.
• Pre-mix material in vat before filling.
• Locate appropriate materials (containers, strainers, equipment, etc.).
• Bond and ground containers before filling.
• Obtain retain per batch ticket instructions; label retention as directed.
• Complete fill-off procedure.
• Clean vat and equipment as per batch ticket.
• Make notations on batch ticket regarding fill-off.
• Apply labeling as instructed on batch ticket.
• Move finished goods to warehouse if needed.
• Maintain neat and orderly work area.
