Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Filling Line Operator to monitor the filling line, calibrate machines, and perform quality checks on products. You will work with the facility team to ensure smooth production and accurate data entry, following safety guidelines and SOPs.

The role requires high attention to detail, ability to work overtime, and proficiency with packaging equipment. This on-site position offers growth opportunities within a collaborative, safety-focused environment.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• Basic math skills, ie: addition/subtraction.
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Ability to use company software and computer system programs.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work safely and follow SOPs.
• Overtime and weekend availability when required.
• Operate fill-by-weight, labeler, palletizer, case packer, cann and carton systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming quality of containers and ensure adequate supply for uninterrupted filling line operation.
• Calibrate and operate automatic filling machines; check batch ticket and weights; retain samples for control lab.
• Ensure lids are supplied and correctly sealed; verify label accuracy.
• Monitor label quality and container appearance.
• Maintain operation and minor adjustments of bail-o-matic machine.
• Ensure adequate carton supply and legibility of carton information.
• Provide pallets to machines and offload completed pallets.
• Input fill data into terminal for inventory control.
