Job summary

Benjamin Moore is seeking a Filling Line Operator to monitor the filling line, run equipment, and perform quality checks on all products. You will calibrate and operate filling machines, verify weights and appearance, and ensure lids and labels are correct for every container.

This on-site, full-time role requires teamwork, strong attention to detail, and the ability to log data for inventory control while following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent; basic math skills required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and cross-functionally.
• Excellent attention to detail, accuracy and cleanliness.
• Ability to use company software and computer systems.
• Ability to operate multiple line components and packaging equipment.
• Willingness to overtime and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor incoming quality of containers and line supply to ensure uninterrupted filling.
• Calibrate and operate filling machines; verify product, weights, and appearance.
• Ensure lids, labels, and adhesives are correct and legible for product being filled.
• Maintain operation of bail-o-matic, case packer, palletizer, and related equipment.
• Input fill data into terminal for inventory control; maintain equipment safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and keep work area clean; perform other duties as assigned.
