Job summary

Mars Wrigley Albany is seeking an Operator - Filling Line in Albany, GA. The role focuses on operating and adjusting filling line equipment to ensure efficient production of Combos, with a strong emphasis on quality and safety.

The position requires reading, writing and speaking English, with a minimum of one year in manufacturing. Shifts include 8-hour and 12-hour options on a rotating schedule. A 1.50/hour shift premium applies on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• 1 year experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Operates equipment and changeovers in a safe and efficient manner.
• Takes corrective actions to root cause level.
• Maintains accurate quality records and logs.
• Performs preventive maintenance with Maintenance when needed.
• Supports training of other team members.
