Job summary

Nova Biomedical in Waltham, MA is hiring for a 2nd shift filling operator. You will set up filling equipment, monitor operations, and ensure proper filling, sealing, labeling and packaging of ampules and vials. You will also maintain documents and follow GMP and safety standards to support quality production.

The role requires good English communication, basic math, mechanical aptitude, and interest in learning manufacturing processes. Prior vial/ampule filling experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Read, write and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills and counting.
• Ability to learn and operate manufacturing equipment safely.
• Familiar with GMP/QSR and safety practices.
• Experience with automated vial/ampule filling preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up filling equipment according to procedures.
• Operate and monitor filling equipment and loading/unloading.
• Ensure correct filling, sealing, labeling, packaging and quarantine.
• Complete production documentation accurately and on time.
• Maintain filling area and equipment, perform cleaning and calibration.
• Follow GMP, QSR and safety requirements.
