Job summary

Foster Farms is seeking a production associate to support our processing line with product grading and packing according to specifications. You will also perform salvaging to separate bruised or diseased chicken parts, helping maintain quality on the line.

Applicants should be able to stand for long shifts, light-cut tools like knives or scissors, and lift up to 35 lbs. Rotation through all positions on the line is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8–10 hours per shift.
• Must be able to use small handheld tools such as knives or scissors.
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken.
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs required.

• Salvaging - Utilize salvaging techniques to separate bruised, damaged, mis-cut or diseased chicken/chicken parts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for prolong periods of time (8-10 hrs) on a concrete/metal grate floor
• Must be able to use small hand held tools such as knives or scissors.
• Able to visually inspect product and separate chicken
• Repetitive grasping, pushing and pulling motions, torso twisting; and lifting up to 35 lbs required.
• Rotation into all positions on the fillet line is required.
