Pacific Seafood is seeking a Filleter to support the Production team in Warrenton, VA. The role focuses on properly filleting various fish species for sales, ensuring high quality and efficient use of product.

Qualifications

• Experience with fillet knives, food processing equipment, and food safety.

Responsibilities

• Quality Control and Assurance: properly cut and grade all types of fish to minimize loss and maximize shelf life; preciously cut 10-60 lb fish; survey equipment.
• Hygiene and Sanitation: sanitize work area and equipment; clean workstation; dispose of waste properly.
• Communication and Teamwork: inform supervisor of changes or problems; communicate quality issues; assist coworkers during high workload.
