Job summary

Gehl Foods, LLC is hiring a Filler Operator for the 3rd shift (10pm - 6:30am). Pay starts at $21 per hour base with shift differential, plus based on experience. This role offers on‑site work, full benefits, PTO, and opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities include operating and observing production line equipment, mastering SIP/CIP, and performing changeovers and line startup/shutdown tasks. Candidates need at least 6 months of related experience and a HS diploma.

Qualifications

• 6 months manufacturing/packaging/assembly line experience.
• Basic mathematical calculation skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to stand 8+ hours and lift up to 30 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

• Learn SIP and CIP operations.
• Assist in startup, troubleshooting, adjustments, stop/reset and shutdown.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and observes production line equipment
• Becomes proficient in Sterilize-in-Place (SIP) operation and Clean-in-Place (CIP)
• Actively participates in startup, troubleshooting/adjustment, stop/reset, and shutdown of line equipment
• Perform changeovers
• Reports out of standard/specification results
• Completes handwritten instructions and on-line documentation

What You’ll Need
