Purity Dairies in Nashville is seeking a Filler Operator for the second shift (Mon-Fri 2:00 pm–10:30 pm, Saturdays as needed). Role focuses on operating filling machines, maintaining safety and quality, and documenting production data.

Responsibilities include monitoring lines, troubleshooting equipment, and communicating with departments. Requires high school diploma or equivalent and 6 months related experience.

Qualifications

• Basic math skills for unit conversion and weight checks.
• Ability to work in a team and follow SOPs.
• Strong communication with other departments.
• Attention to detail to document production data.

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and adjust for quality and safety.
• Monitor conveyors and replace damaged bottles as needed.
• Troubleshoot filler equipment and perform minor repairs.
• Record all required production data accurately per SOPs.
• Follow GMP and communicate issues to supervisors.
