Job summary

Garelick Farms, part of Dairy Farmers of America, is seeking a Machine Operator - Filler for the 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM). Competitive pay with a $1.50 shift differential and a $1,500 sign-on bonus for external candidates.

You will operate filler equipment, ensure packaging quality, and support continuous improvement in a fast-paced production setting. Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and experience in warehouse or production environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse, production, or general work experience preferred.
• Certification and/or License – may be required during course of employment.

Responsibilities

• Operate filler equipment and monitor production line.
• Complete required documentation and quality checks.
• Monitor weights, seals, and packaging of product.
• Adjust filler timing and line changes as needed.
• Troubleshoot basic to moderate operating issues.
• Collect samples for quality assurance testing.
• Maintain GMP and safety standards.
