Job summary

Purity Dairies is seeking a Filler Operator for our Nashville facility to operate filling machines and ensure safe, efficient, high-quality production. You will monitor lines, troubleshoot equipment, and maintain clear documentation while following GMP and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6 months related experience required.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic operations.
• Stand, walk, and push/pull for most of the shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Work in a wet environment with dust/gas/fumes.
• Flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with good communication skills.
• Able to pass pre-employment screens (drug, background, criminal).

Responsibilities

• Operate filling machines and adjust for safe, efficient production of containers.
• Monitor conveyor lines for damaged bottles and troubleshoot filler equipment.
• Maintain accurate paperwork per SOPs and document required information.
• Communicate with other departments and management about issues affecting production.
• Follow GMP and work in a team environment.
