Shift: 1st shift 6am-6pm rotating weekends

What’s a typical day as Machine Operator

• Operating assigned filling equipment including setup, pre-start, startup, operation, shut down, and cleaning according to standard operating procedures
• Monitoring production lines for equipment malfunctions, product defects, or container issues and making necessary adjustments to maintain quality standards
• Conducting quality control inspections to ensure products meet company specifications, including visual checks for proper sealing, labeling, and container integrity
• Maintaining strict sanitation protocols by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, work areas, and utensils per FDA and company food safety requirements
• Documenting production data such as batch numbers, fill volumes, temperatures, and quality check results for traceability and regulatory compliance
