We are a busy, outdoors-loving family in Edina seeking an energetic, nurturing nanny to care for our infant and grow with our family long-term. You’ll plan age-appropriate activities, spend plenty of time outdoors, and help our little one thrive in a loving, development-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, developmentally appropriate infant care aligned with gentle parenting
• Plan and lead daily indoor and outdoor play, learning, and exploration
• Follow established routines and maintain a calm, predictable rhythm for the baby
• Keep child-related spaces tidy and organized
• Communicate clearly and warmly with parents through daily check-ins
• Let two dogs in and out of the fenced yard as needed
• Arrive on time, maintain reliability, and show flexibility when needed
