ABOVE & BEYOND NANNY SERVICES INC is seeking a warm and proactive nanny in Wayzata to care for two children, including a 1-month-old infant and a energetic 3-year-old. Start date ASAP, full-time schedule Monday through Saturday, 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM.

The family values proactive communication, reliable care, and a partner who helps growth and development. A friendly family dog is at home, and CPR/First Aid certification is required.

Qualifications

• Infant CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Proven experience caring for infants and toddlers.
• Strong references from previous families.
• Proactive, take-charge attitude with good organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Infant care including feeding, diapering, bathing, naps and routines.
• Engage the toddler with activities, outdoor time, and enrichment.
• Prepare simple meals/snacks and manage children's laundry.
• Light housekeeping, errands, and occasional grocery shopping.
• Maintain open communication and consistent routines with the family.

About Our Family

We are a busy working family looking for a caring, dependable, and experienced full-time nanny to join our team. Our home includes two wonderful children: a newborn infant (1 month old) and an energetic 3-year-old.

We view our nanny as a trusted, valued extension of our family - acting as both an independent leader and a collaborative partner. We value proactivity, great judgment, open communication, and someone who genuinely loves investing in children's growth and development.

Note: We have a friendly 35 lb Mini Sheepadoodle in our home!

What You'll Do

• Infant Care: Feeding, diapering, bathing, managing nap routines, and maintaining a healthy daily schedule.
• Toddler Engagement: Planning activities, play, and enrichment, plus taking the kids outside for walks and fresh air.
• Meals & Organization: Preparing simple meals/snacks for the children and handling children's laundry.
• Household Support: Light housekeeping, vacuuming, tidying up, running occasional errands, and grocery shopping.
• Communication: Partnering with us through open, honest updates, sharing ideas, and maintaining consistent routines.

Who We Are Looking For

• Proven experience caring for infants and young children.
• Infant CPR/First Aid certification.
• Strong, positive references.
• A proactive, take-charge attitude who loves keeping things fun, active, and organized.
