ABOVE & BEYOND NANNY SERVICES INC in Edina is seeking a warm, energetic nanny to care for a 5-month-old, starting May 3, 2027, with full-time hours Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–5:30 PM. The role focuses on loving infant care, development, naps, feeding, and light housekeeping, plus gentle enrichment and time outdoors.

A collaborative, long-term partnership is valued. Requirements include being COVID and flu vaccinated, reliable, organized, proactive, and able to follow parenting guidelines and sleep

Qualifications

• Warm, energetic, dependable, nurturing, and passionate about infant care.
• COVID and FLU vaccinated.
• Trustworthy, organized, proactive, and respectful of parenting guidelines, safety routines, and sleep schedules.
• Long-term commitment for the next couple of years or more.

Responsibilities

• Loving Infant Care: Providing attentive, nurturing care, managing naps and sleep schedules, feeding, and supporting developmental milestones.
• Proactive Enrichment: Planning engaging, age-appropriate activities, sensory play, and outings for fresh air and adventures.
• Child-Related Upkeep: Handling child laundry, washing baby dishes, and keeping play areas tidy and organized.
• Our Furry Friend: Caring for a Labradoodle by letting him out into the backyard a few times during the day.
• Taking Initiative: Anticipating daily needs and staying on top of household tasks without being asked.

• Child-Related Upkeep: Handling child laundry, washing baby dishes, and keeping play areas tidy and organized.


• Our Furry Friend: Caring for our sweet, low-maintenance 23-lb Labradoodle (non-shedding and very calm!) by simply letting him out into the backyard a few times during the day.


• Taking Initiative: Anticipating daily needs and naturally staying on top of household tasks without needing to be asked.
