Job summary

The STS Production Technician I role at Baxter is part of our Manufacturing team, focusing on filling and pumping operations to reliably produce quality life-saving products. You will set up equipment, adjust processes, and perform routine maintenance while adhering to cGMP and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have English written and oral communication skills adequate to communicate with other team members.
• Must be able to perform basic mathematics.
• Proficient in how to use a calculator and measurement tools.
• Must have basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up and adjust Filling Equipment via control panel (HMI) or manual adjustments.
• Load and replenish production supplies at a rate matching production needs.
• Perform cleaning and setup of filters for production and sanitization.
• Perform and document filter integrity testing.
• Document required information on manufacturing logs and/or POMS system.
