Job summary

Baxter International Inc. in the United States is seeking a SR Production Technician, Fill, to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

You will perform tasks related to drug formulation, weighing raw materials, cleaning, and operating sophisticated tanks and equipment in a cleanroom setting to deliver life-saving therapies. The role requires high school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years of production experience, and basic English communication.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• 2+ years in a Production Technician role or higher.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Basic English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to read and understand safety and quality instructions.
• Basic mathematics skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Knowledge of electronics, pneumatics, hydraulics and robotics.
• PIV operator certification or ability to obtain it.
• Strong data analysis and decision-making skills.
• Proficient with calculators and measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and predictive diagnostics, including part replacements.
• Use Robotic Pendants to home and reset robots as needed.
• Identify and correct inefficiencies in machine performance.
• Clean and lubricate while supporting TPM.
• Document information on manufacturing logs and Maximo work orders.
• Notify supervisor of safety, quality issues and take action.
• Identify process improvements on equipment.
• Work with Maintenance team on root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Assist in establishing machine parameters and validations.
• May participate in Continuous Improvement, Project and Safety Teams.
• Support installation of new manufacturing equipment.
