Baxter in Cleveland is seeking an Operator V - PPB Packing to support plastic pour bottle packing operations. You will handle stack-off, inspection, documentation, equipment setup, and line clearance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a high school diploma, basic mechanical skills, and familiarity with control systems. Forklift driving is a plus, and the team emphasizes teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Technical training/education a plus.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints/specs.

Responsibilities

• Perform all essential duties for Plastic Pour Bottle Packing operations: stack-off, inspection, batch docs and operating work saver.
• Maintain steady flow of bottles on packing lines.
• Set up machine parameters per SOPs and perform line clearance.
