Saputo Cheese USA Inc. is seeking an entry- to mid-level production operator in Minnesota. You will operate gable top carton, portion cup creamer, and bag-in-a-box filling lines, ensuring accurate weights and product integrity.

You will follow GMP, HACCP, MSS standards and complete weekly MSS tasks while maintaining documentation and a clean work area. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic math skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with long shifts.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent basic requirement.
• Forklift experience or certification may be required.
• Strong knowledge of GMPs and food safety principles.
• Ability to read and follow detailed written instructions.

Aufgaben

• Operate gable top carton, creamer, and bag-in-a-box fillers.
• Follow safety rules, GMP, HACCP, MSS standards.
• Complete MSS tasks weekly and maintain records.
• Report safety or quality issues and assist corrective actions.
• Keep paperwork and charts up to date.
• Maintain clean and orderly work area and stock supplies.
• Set up the filler for production and verify weights.
• Perform sanitation and CIP of equipment and room.
• Report maintenance issues to maintenance team.
• Inform supervisor of production status and downtime causes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
