Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a detail-oriented tester to translate and verify English content into Filipino/Tagalog for Virtual Agents. You will test agent performance across conversational and voice experiences, analyze logs for intent, entities, and responses, and craft training phrases to improve model accuracy.

You’ll collaborate with technical leads, engineers, QA, and platform teams to optimize agent performance, conduct end-to-end testing, and ensure Filipino language quality across all flows.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Filipino/Tagalog, with excellent written and spoken communication.
• Experience testing Virtual Agents, chatbots, or conversational AI solutions.
• Basic understanding of AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI, and LLM concepts.
• Experience creating training phrases, test utterances

Responsibilities

• Translate and verify content from English to Filipino/Tagalog, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, tone, and brand persona.
• Test and maintain the quality and performance of Filipino Virtual Agents across conversational and voice-based experiences.
• Analyze conversation logs to identify issues with intent recognition, entity extraction, context, and AI-generated responses.
• Create and evaluate Filipino training phrases, utterances, and conversation scenarios to improve NLP/AI model performance.
• Support testing and evaluation of Generative AI/LLM-powered Virtual Agents for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and Filipino language quality.
• Work closely with Technical Leads, Chatbot Engineers, Developers, BAs, QA, and Platform Engineers to optimize Virtual Agent performance.
• Perform end-to-end testing across positive, negative, edge-case, and multi-turn scenarios.
• Translate business requirements into natural, engaging Filipino dialogue flows aligned with the customer’s brand.
• Provide Filipino language-specific feedback and recommendations to improve AI models, prompts, responses, and conversational flows.
