Job summary

Quantiphi, a fast-growing AI-first digital engineering company, USA, seeks a QA-driven Filipino Language Validation Specialist to translate and verify content, test Filipino Virtual Agents, and improve NLP/AI model performance. Collaborate with Technical Leads, Chatbot Engineers, and QA teams across projects.

You will analyze conversation logs, create training phrases, and provide language-specific feedback to optimize prompts and responses, ensuring accuracy and brand tone.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Filipino with strong writing/speaking
• Experience testing virtual agents or chatbots
• Basic understanding of AI/ML, NLP, Generative AI
• Experience creating training phrases and test utterances in Filipino
• Ability to analyze conversation logs for AI/NLP issues
• Experience with voice-based testing with native Filipino speakers
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Translate and verify content from English to Filipino, ensuring accuracy, cultural relevance, tone, and brand persona.
• Test and maintain the quality and performance of Filipino Virtual Agents across conversational and voice-based experiences.
• Analyze conversation logs to identify issues with intent recognition, entity extraction, context, and AI-generated responses.
• Create and evaluate Filipino training phrases, utterances, and conversation scenarios to improve NLP/AI model performance.
• Support testing and evaluation of Generative AI/LLM-powered Virtual Agents for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and Filipino language quality.
• Work closely with Technical Leads, Chatbot Engineers, Developers, BAs, QA, and Platform Engineers to optimize Virtual Agent performance.
• Perform end-to-end testing across positive, negative, edge-case, and multi-turn scenarios.
• Translate business requirements into natural, engaging Filipino dialogue flows aligned with the customer’s brand.
• Provide Filipino language-specific feedback and recommendations to improve AI models, prompts, responses, and conversational flows.
