Qualifications

• Familiar with Enterprise Content Management principles and practices.
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Understanding of Cloud native technologies and concepts.
• 2 Years experience in API or Microservices Development.
• 3 years of experience developing or supporting IT Service Management solutions.
• Ability to lead and manage to production goals, deadlines, and various metrics.

Responsibilities

• Participate in high-level technical concepts spanning technology and business.
• Drive solutions to reduce recovery time.
• Provide cross-functional and cross-organizational coordination on root cause analysis for any production issues.
• Support portfolio of applications across technologies.
• Provide technical consultation and support in the development of end-to-end automated software solutions.
• Responsible for production deployments, ensuring governance and controls.
• Provide expert counsel to team and senior leadership, advise and mentor team when in need.
