Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a Platform Automation & Workflow Engineer to design and maintain platform-native workflows for service and configuration data governance. You will build scalable automations, enforce policy, and partner with architecture and data teams to operationalize guardrails.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience in workflow automation, business rules, script logic, form design, and platform configuration patterns.
• Experience implementing governance controls and policy enforcement within automation platforms.
• Experience onsite client delivery in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement platform-native workflows for CMDB governance and onboarding.
• Build automations to reduce manual effort while improving control and traceability.
• Ensure alignment with Service-Aware operating model objectives and data governance.
• Develop platform components, dashboards, and user experiences for service data.
• Refactor legacy customizations into upgrade-safe implementations.
