Experience with FileNet system migrations and MARS.
Strong Java development experience with OpenJDK 21.x+.
Experience with Spring Boot.
Experience with Azure Cloud Development.
Experience with GitLab Duo agents or similar AI-assisted development tools.
Strong understanding of enterprise application integrations.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Experience providing technical leadership or mentoring developers.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, enhance, and support IBM FileNet 5.6.x applications and solutions.
Support FileNet system migrations using MARS (Migration and Replication System).
Develop and maintain applications using OpenJDK 21.x+ and Spring Boot.
Develop and support cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure.
Troubleshoot, debug, test, and resolve complex application issues.
Analyze system integrations and dependencies across applications and platforms.
Create and maintain technical specifications and system documentation.
Participate throughout the development lifecycle, from technical analysis through testing and implementation.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to less experienced developers.
