Job summary

RIM Recruitment Professionals is assisting a Plano-based financial services client in finding a File Clerk for an on-site, temp-to-perm role. The position offers potential growth into Title Processing or Title Verification as you progress within the company.

Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Ideal candidates have experience filing and coding documents, operate basic office equipment, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience coding and filing documents.
• (Familiarity with general office equipment: photocopier, fax, phones, mailing machines).
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• High attention to detail and quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform file operations and maintenance including storage, maintenance, interfiling, consolidations, audits, and file requests.
• File copies of Auto-related SLP documents.
• Support processing of forms and applications used in the SLP process.
• Handle inbound correspondence by printing, noting accounts, and distributing to appropriate persons.
• File documents physically and electronically and maintain the file system.
