Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate distributed training for U.S. and allied aircrew, exercise planning, and mission development using NGTS, CES, and MACE.

Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR is required. Travel up to 10% and 9+ years as aviator or advanced degrees are considered. Compensation details are described in the Pay Transparency section of the posting.

Qualifications

• Active DoD security clearance at Secret level with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ fighter aviator experience, or Master’s with 7 years, or PhD with 4 years.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with F-15/F-16/F/A-18/F-22/F-35 experience or equivalent.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable). Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to develop and test JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and translate unit training requirements into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients to develop training doctrine and scenario design.
