Job summary

Serco seeks a Fighter Pilot or WSO / CSO / NFO Operations SME for the CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. The role involves training integration, exercises, and mission development using advanced simulation environments.

Active DoD Secret clearance required with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR. Candidates should have a relevant degree with extensive fighter aviation experience and be able to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or a Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with aircraft such as F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and meetings to inform unit training requirements and integrate them into missions.
• Provide consulting to military/defense clients to develop and evaluate training and doctrine.
