Job summary

Serco is seeking a Fighter Pilot or WSO/CSO/NFO Operations SME for CAF DTC at Langley AFB, VA. You will facilitate integration training for U.S. and allied aircrew and JTACs by role-playing fighter aircraft in Distributed Mission Operations (DMO).

The role requires an active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR, a relevant degree with years of experience, and travel up to 10%. You will work with NGTS, CES, and MACE to support training, testing, and doctrine development.

Qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI and SAP/SAR.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 9 years’ experience as a fighter aviator, or a Master’s degree with 7 years’ experience, or PhD with 4 years’ experience.
• Former Fighter Pilot, NFO, CSO, or WSO with aircraft types such as F-15C/E/EX, F-16C, F/A-18, EA-18G, F-22, F-35.
• Thorough knowledge of AFTTP 3-1 fighter employment or equivalent manual.
• Operationally relevant experience within the past 10 years (simulator acceptable).
• Able to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Support daily training by scheduling, mission planning, creating mission materials, briefing, executing, and debriefing LFEs and Small Team events.
• Use NGTS to support development and testing of JSE distribution across the DMO Network.
• Attend CAF exercise planning conferences and advise on unit training requirements to tailor missions.
• Provide consulting expertise to military/defense clients for training and doctrine development, including scenario development and data analysis.
